 MBTs

Guarantee
Your MBTs purchased at Core Tone are guaranteed for 6 months in the event of a manufacturing fault.
Please return your shoes with your receipt for assessment as soon as the problem arises. 
If it is found to be a manufacturing fault your shoes will be returned to MBT to be repaired in the first instance or replaced at no extra cost to you.
This does not include misuse or wear and tear.

Exchanges & Refunds
If you change your mind about your MBTs please return to the shop within 7 working days with:-

• Your unworn MBTs 
• Your receipt and the original packaging
• The same card you originally used for the purchase
  

Worn or damaged MBTs will not be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges
If a suitable alternative is not in stock it can be ordered – please allow up to 14 days.
If a suitable alternative is not available the refund will be in the form of a voucher to spend at Core Tone for the same amount paid.

Refunds
At Core Tone we

• Respect the time customers need to make the right choice of style and colour. 
• Make sure the customer is properly fitted with the correct size.
• Ensure the customer leaves the shop understanding how to use MBTs properly by giving a short introductory training session.

For this reason we will deduct £20 from the full refund request to cover our time spent fitting and training this includes shoes purchased with a price reduction.

Medical Preclusions
Customers are strongly advised to consult with their qualified medical practitioner PRIOR to purchase if there is a current or previous medical condition that could preclude the use of MBTs.

Please Note - Refunds are not given in the event of purchasing first and subsequently finding they are not a suitable device for your individual needs.









Staff at Core Tone are not medically qualified to give advice beyond the basic MBT introductory training session.
