Google guarantee the following:
- Your account information is stored on Google secure servers.
- Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
- Google does not share your full credit card number with sellers.
- Google will not disclose personally identifiable information about your purchase history to advertisers or merchants.
Creating a Core Tone Account
The benefits of creating an account are that you will have access to it
by log-in details giving you an on line record of your previous
purchases. You will also be able to opt to receive news and future
offers.
Please ensure the secrecy of your log in details as we do not accept responsibility for misuse of your account.
We will retain your contact details enabling us to refer quickly to your past orders if a query occurs.
Delivery
Your card will not be debited until your order is ready for dispatch. If
something is not available we will advise you by email and offer a
substitute if available.
Orders received on working days will usually be processed within 24 -
48 hours, stock levels permitting.
We will send a confirmation email when
your order has been received, and another when your item has
been dispatched.
Prior to Christmas or during holiday times, processing orders may take longer. In these cases, please allow from seven to
fourteen working days.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for which you will need to be available to sign.
If you do not receive your parcel please let us know.
Postage & Packing
Postage & Packing charge is £5.50
Damaged Goods
On dispatch we check the item to make sure it is in a perfect condition.
If the packaging arrives damaged please note this next to your signature when signing for it.
In the unlikely event that items are damaged or defective, you should contact us via the enquiry form on our Contact Us page. We will replace, at our cost, any damaged or defective items. Please notify us within seven days of receipt.
Changing Your Mind
You have seven working days from the day
on which you receive your order during which you can change your mind
about buying once you have viewed the goods.
If this is the case do not remove any packaging or labels and be sure to return the goods in a saleable condition.
You must let us know immediately in writing either by letter or email
if you change your mind and you intend to return all or part of your
order or exchange for an alternative. You have 30 days to
return your goods starting on the day you recieve your order.
A full refund or exchange excluding Postage & Packing will be sent on our receipt of the item in an unused and saleable condition.
You
are advised to return goods by a secure and signed for method.
Warranty
We want you to enjoy your purchases so if there is a problem please notify us straight away.
- Contact the shop by phoning during opening hours, by email, or by using our enquiry form on our Contact us page.
- We will log the complaint and contact you within 3 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
